However, a significant issue arose during my late checkout when I discovered my belongings had been cleaned out. The misunderstanding was poorly handled by management, leading to unnecessary frustration and a delay that caused me to be late for an appointment. The refusal to credit my account for a minor expense felt excessively petty and unprofessional.

Amazing Staff and Personalized Service
During my stay, I was truly impressed by the hospitality of the staff, especially Charul Dalaal, the manager, who goes out of her way to cater to guests' needs, even arranging for fresh fruit when breakfast is missed. The hotel was impeccably clean, and I appreciated the personalized notes left by housekeeping welcoming me back. One area for improvement could be the breakfast variety, as it would be nice to see more healthy options offered.
